~ First of all the team at the spa are very helpful, upbeat and professional on the phone and in person. It really makes a difference when staff sound motivated and are customer focused - my experience when approaching other spa's has not always been up to this standard. ~ Just to say we had a super experience in the spa. Myself and my daughter both had wonderful massages, a special thanks to Amy and Esme who looked after us so well. ~ My Wife and I had a great visit at Spa Salveo. We rate the experience a 9.5 out of 10. Our Mud bath session was great fun and the staff explained what each mud was for on your skin. Our Massage therapists Valerie & Lauren were excellent. 10/10 for them and the massage session in general. Your staff was all so considerate and helpful. I also felt as though they really cared about our experience and our "wellness". It was a truly relaxing experience on the day in between two very challenging hikes. ~My visit was a lovely one. The therapist (Lauren) was very professional and I really enjoyed the treatment and how my skin felt after the facial. Overall, I had an enjoyable experience. ~ As for the girls in the spa , what a crew . I’m a reflexologist , massage therapist etc and they could not have been nicer. The girl that did the Gua Cha hour on Tuesday morning was brilliant , all who attended said the same afterwards. It’s a great addition to your offers. ~ Mairead
~ Today it was my turn on the bed.....I never treat myself but I did today and it was just fabulous thanks to Aliye, what an amazing therapist. Facials, foot massage, scalp massage, I felt like a queen and they are all trained for oncology treatements which menat I knew I was in safe hands. When I read reviews on the BB girls it makes me so proud...so if you are ever in Knockranny book Aliye. ~ Karen
