Our multiple award winning, head chef, Seamus Commons, offers a mouth-watering menus that are available throughout the day and into the evening in La Fougére Restaurant or Brehon Bar. In line with the governmental guidelines, the Brehon Bar has a table service only policy.

With its plush interior, the Brehon Bar
is THE place in Westport where visitors can kick back and relax while enjoying lunch / dinner or sipping on the best cocktails in Westport. The town’s most authentic Afternoon Tea mayo is served in the Brehon Bar with its traditional old-world charm and classic design.
Please note that due to current Covid-19 guidelines, reservations are essential to dine in both the Brehon Bar & La Fougére Restaurant.
Both the Brehon Bar & La Fougére Restaurant fulfil the requirement for 1 metre distancing and tables are allocated for a maximum of 105 minutes.
All guests are required to wear face masks until seated and again on departure.
Guests 18 years and over will be required to present a valid Covid-19 pass and photo ID to use the following services
- La Fougère Restaurant (Breakfast and dinner)
- The Brehon Bar
Please note that guests attending a wedding are exempt from providing their Covid pass for the day of the wedding ONLY and will have to follow these measures while staying the night before and after the wedding.
Guests not in possession of a Covid-19 pass will still be able to enjoy the In-Room dining options
In addition we will facilitate a maximum of 6 persons aged 13 or over per table. This limit of 6 does not include accompanying children aged 12 or younger. The total combined capacity at a table cannot exceed 15 overall (max. 6 persons aged 13 and over).
