Join Master Distillers from both Dingle Distilleries and Sliabh Liag Distillery (Donegal) for an exclusive Whiskey Experience Weekend.
The weekend begins on Friday evening with an arrival drink at 7.30 p.m., followed by a whiskey tasting at 8.00 p.m. hosted by Head Distiller Paddy Foley. Guests will sample five whiskeys, including two brand-new releases being introduced for the first time in Ireland. Light bites will be served during the tasting, along with a presentation on the history of Dingle and its distillery.
On Saturday evening, Sliabh Liag owner James Doherty will host a pre-dinner whiskey tasting, featuring a selection of five distinctive whiskeys from Donegal.
Following the tasting, dinner will be served in the Round Room of the Fern Grill Restaurant, with a specially designed menu created by Executive Chef Seamus Commons.
