Led by experienced Westport-based wellness therapist and yoga teacher, Melanie Walsh, the Wellness Weekend at Knockranny House Hotel runs over the 17th and 18th of November.
With years of experience in many aspects of wellness including holistic massage, Indian head massage and acupressure massage, Melanie is also skilled in a wide variety of therapies focused on healing and self-empowerment. A trained Kundalini yoga teacher, she also practices sound therapy at an advanced level including voice, Himalayan singing bowls and tuning forks and brings a strong focus on the ancient shamanic healing tradition into her practice.
Believing that by becoming more in tune with ourselves we can heal the parts of us that need healing and become ultimately happier people, Melanie’s focus with this weekend is on slowing down, taking time out from busy lives and paying attention to how each individual feels in the here and now.
Melanie Walsh’s Wellness Weekend at Knockranny House Hotel includes two nights bed & breakfast with one dinner in the award-winning La Fougère Restaurant, together with two hours of luxurious spa treatments, including a Spirulina Wrap with Mini Facial on Saturday and a Detoxing Massage on Sunday, meditation and yoga sessions led by Melanie each day, access to the vitality pool and thermal suites each day and lunch on Saturday in the Brehon Bar, and costs from just €319 per person sharing.
